The course runs over 3 consecutive sessions lasting approximately 75 - 90 minutes.
On completion of the course, you will have mastered the technique to practice anywhere, anytime.
DAY 1
Receive the Mantra & First Meditation
Learn the traditional purpose of meditation and how this technique differs from others.
You will learn how, when, why and where to practice this technique. You will learn about healthy and unhealthy stress and how this technique rapidly dissolves it.
Finally receive your the mantra and be guided into your first meditation.
DAY 2
Making Meditation a Daily Habit
Discuss how to integrate meditation into your life so it works with your schedule, and making it a non negotiable agreement with yourself.
You will then be guided into meditation and your practice will be refined.
You will then continue your home practice before returning the next day.
DAY 3
Integration & Mastery
Conclude the course with a carefully refined practice, giving you the experience and understanding needed to be fully self-sufficient in your meditation.
